Summer Sale!
Happy Summer y'all!
Here in Georgia summer hit fast and hard this past weekend... Now it is time for mint juleps and pool time! AND we are almost to our second biggest sale of the year:
Everyone at Southern Star has been busy making new, beautiful work: planters, jewelry and a huge variety of pots. We will have a party Friday June 1st from 5-9pm with music, food & drinks to celebrate our 3rd year annual summer sale. Saturday June 2nd we will be open from 10am-4pm with coffee and refreshments. Please stop by and say hello!

May 25-June 25 I am in a show called Red Handed Invitational at Clay Lady Campus in Nashville, TN that is in conjunction with this great symposium all on red clay. I wish I could go!
I will be doing a shop update in mid June with some fresh new pots. Please join the mailing list (see newsletter signup below) to have first dibs on the new work. Thanks to everyone who participated in my April online Spring Sale! It was very exciting to ship pots all over the country and beyond. If only I could have personally delivered the cup that has a new home in Tazmania...
After that, I will be slowing down for the summer when the kids are not in school and we will spend some time in the Adirondacks. When in town, I will slowly be preparing for Perspectives and the American Pottery fest while the boys become ninja gymnasts and superheroes at a variety of fantastic sounding summer camps!
